The KBox E-430-TGL is equipped with powerful 11th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-1185G7E / i7-1185GRE, i5-1145G7E / i5-1145GRE, i3-1115G4E or Celeron® 6305E processors. Combining up to 96 graphics execution units provided by the all-new integrated Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics, aka Gen 12 Graphics, as well as built-in Intel® Deep Learning Boost technology running on the CPU with Vector Neural Network Instructions (VNNI) or on the GPU with 8-bit integer (INT8) instructions, the system can deliver high-performance data computing, superior graphics / multimedia capabilities and AI inference acceleration for a variety of edge computing applications. Another important feature to be highlighted is that the KBox E-430-TGL can be configured up to two 8K outputs at a 60 Hz refresh rate depending on the processor options. That ensures maximum performance for computer vision and media processing.

Two I/O Configurations For Different Application Scenarios

The KBox E-430-TGL comes with two I/O configurations to address different application requirements. Besides four USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports available in both variants, one variant has two DisplayPort connectors, one 2.5 GbE LAN port, one GbE LAN port and two RS232/422/485 COM ports; the other is equipped with four DisplayPort connectors, three 2.5 GbE LAN ports and one GbE LAN port on the front I/O panel. The former can fulfill the applications that require remote data acquisition or I/O control while the latter is perfect for the scenarios that need quad-display output, virtual machine or redundancy.

Fast & Low-latency Networking

The KBox E-430-TGL has either one or three 2.5 GbE LAN ports on the I/O panel depending on the variants. The 2.5 GbE networking has more bandwidth and can multiply the network speed by up to 2.5 times in comparison with a general GbE network connection. It offers faster and more stable network connection. For the variants with industrial GRE series processors, the 2.5 GbE LAN port further supports TSN (Time-Sensitive Networking) feature and can reach a precision of less than 1 microsecond of signal delay for real-time applications, such as safety alarm, emergency response, motion control and redundancy management. In addition, the KBox E-430-TGL allows wireless expansion via the M.2 Key E interface for Wi-Fi connectivity and / or M.2 Key B interface for 3G / 4G / 5G networks to enable limitless remote access at the edge.

Flexible Installation / Mounting Options

To adapt to every possible deployment scenario, the KBox E-430-TGL supports versatile install / mounting options, including desktop, DIN-rail mount, wall mount and VESA mount in both vertical and horizontal positions of orientation. That ensures easy installation / mounting for various application types, usage conditions and space constraints.
